Aromas of fresh melon, citrus and green pear. Dry, with a light to medium body and crisp acid structure. Flavours of citrus (grapefruit) and green apple are pronounced with a wonderful mid palate texture and mouthfeel. Flavoursome and long on the finish.
"The Rhone variety has several different interpretations in Australia. This is a more restrained one with a subtle use of barrel fermentation adding some complexity to the palate. It’s still reasonably restrained but the subtle honey and light citrus flavours are there. Its real charm is its ability to age and create wonderful toasty honey flavours. Patience will be rewarded here."

Very intense black fruits – blueberry and cassis with underlying spicy French oak.
A dry, medium to full bodied style with fine, and well structured tannins that are harmoniously integrated with the French oak. Black fruit flavours of blueberry and cassis that linger across the mid palate. The wine has a sustained and balanced finish.
